Client Work & Reselling Rights

Under the Developer License, you may install and use OJapp PWA Marketing on websites owned by your clients.

You may bundle the plugin as part of your own web development, maintenance, consulting, or WordPress support services and charge your clients at your own pricing.

  • Use the plugin on third-party client websites.
  • Include it in paid development or maintenance packages.
  • Set your own pricing for the services you provide.
  • No prior approval or reporting is required.
  • No additional royalties are payable to OJapp.

License Reassignment & Domain Management

The Developer License includes activation for up to five active websites at the same time.

When a client contract ends, a website is closed, or the plugin is no longer required, you may deactivate the license on that domain and reuse the available slot for another client website.

You may change which domains use the license, provided the total number of simultaneously activated websites does not exceed the plan limit.

Support Limitation

Technical support is provided exclusively to the direct purchaser and registered license holder.

OJapp does not provide direct support, troubleshooting, or communication to your clients or end users.

When you install the plugin on a client website, you are responsible for acting as the primary support contact for that client.

Can I install the plugin on a client website?
Yes. The Developer License expressly permits use on websites owned by your clients, provided the number of active sites remains within the plan limit.
Can I charge my client for using the plugin?
Yes. You may include the plugin in your own development, maintenance, consulting, or support package and set your own service pricing.
Do I need to pay royalties to OJapp?
No. No additional royalty, revenue share, or prior reporting is required.
Can I move a license slot to another website?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the previous website, then activate it on another website. The number of active sites must remain within your license limit.
Will OJapp support my client directly?
No. Support is provided to the purchaser of the Developer License. You are responsible for providing first-line support to your clients.
Can I distribute the plugin as a standalone product?
No. The Developer License allows you to provide the plugin as part of your own client services. It does not permit selling, sharing, sublicensing, or distributing the plugin files as a standalone product.
