Does it work on both iPhone and Android?
Yes, it supports both. However, please note that the exact method for adding items to the home screen and the technical tracking limits for installation completion depend on the underlying operating system.
Can I track the number of installations on iPhone?
On iOS, mobile browsers do not allow developers to directly detect when an "Add to Home Screen" action completes. However, you can accurately track how many times the page is launched from the home screen. For supported Android browsers, you can track both completed installations and subsequent launches.
Where is the OJapp Analytics data stored?
All data is stored directly within your own WordPress site's database. Your tracking and analytics data is never transmitted to external OJapp servers.
Can I use this on my existing articles?
Yes. All necessary icons will be automatically generated whenever an existing post is either updated or visited by a user.
