OJapp Privacy Policy

OJapp ("the Service") establishes this Privacy Policy ("Policy") to appropriately handle information relating to users of the Service and visitors to websites where OJapp is implemented.

POAM (Petal Points) is a system independently operated by participating stores, organizations, or other operators. Each operator is responsible for the value, benefits, redemption conditions, and other terms of its points. Certain features of the Service, including OJapp PRO, may provide proprietary analytics functionality ("OJapp Analytics") to understand how PWAs using OJapp are accessed and used.

Depending on the features being used, OJapp Analytics may collect information including:

This information may be used to provide functionality, analyze usage, investigate technical issues, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.

Article 15 (Information Handling on Websites Using OJapp)

OJapp scripts, WordPress plugins, and other OJapp features may be installed and used on websites operated by third parties.

Pages where OJapp features are implemented may collect some of the information described in Articles 1 and 14 for purposes such as providing functionality, understanding usage, performing analytics, preventing abuse, and improving the Service.

OJapp is not designed to collect form entries, passwords, credit card numbers, or other information entered by visitors on websites where OJapp is implemented, except where such collection is explicitly required for an OJapp feature.

Operators who implement OJapp on their websites are responsible for providing appropriate notices or disclosures regarding the use of OJapp and the associated handling of information where required by applicable laws or regulations.

Article 16 (Home Screen Offer)

OJapp PRO and certain other services may provide functionality that displays messages, images, links, or other content configured by a website operator when a website or PWA is launched from the user's home screen.

The Service may record usage events such as the display of an offer or clicks on links contained in an offer. Information handling on websites or external services accessed through such links is subject to the privacy policies and terms established by the respective operators.

Article 17 (Browser-Based Web Tools)

Certain web tools provided by the Service, including OJapp Splitter, Gridter, and Watermark, are designed to process images and files entirely within the user's browser.

For tools explicitly identified as browser-based or client-side tools, images and files selected by the user for processing are not transmitted to or stored on the Service's servers.

However, such data may be temporarily stored in the user's device memory, browser local storage, or other storage areas on the user's device as necessary for processing, previews, or retaining settings.

Article 18 (External Links)

The Service and content displayed through OJapp features may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

The respective third-party operators are responsible for the information, services, and handling of personal information on those external websites or services. The Service does not control the handling of information by external websites or services.

Article 19 (Changes to This Policy)

The Service may modify this Policy in response to changes in the Service, applicable laws, or other circumstances.

If material changes are made, notice will be provided through the Service or by another appropriate method. The revised Privacy Policy will become effective when posted on the Service or at another time separately specified by the Service.
